- ⅓ cup (55 ml) kombucha
- 2 tbs (30 ml) orange juice
- 2 tbs (30 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tsp (10 ml) salt
- a pinch black pepper
- 1 cup (250 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
In a food processor, mix together the first 5 ingredients for 1 minute.
Gradually add the oil, if possible while continuing to mix. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
