Shipping Guide

Where do you ship from?

Depending on our stock levels and your location, your order could be shipped from Montreal (Canada), Champlain (state of New York, USA) or Galashiels (United Kingdom).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship worldwide!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes!

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will email you to confirm your order has been shipped as soon as it is tendered to our carrier. If your shipping is traceable, tracking information should follow within a few hours.

How long will it take to get my package?

Transit times and shipping rates depend on each unique order. Generally, we ship within three business days of your order being placed, except on statutory holidays and weekends.

To calculate overall transit times and shipping rates for your order, add the product(s) you want to purchase to your shopping cart. Go to the cart, fill in all the mandatory fields and click the ‘Save’ button at the end of the page. The site will then provide you with delivery options based on your location and the contents of your order.

We work hard to ship your order to you as soon as possible. While most orders ship within three business days of being placed, some orders might take a little longer to arrive. Which carriers do you use?

If you’re based in the United States, your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS. Orders sent to Canada will be shipped by Canada Post. If your order is being sent to anywhere outside North America, it will be shipped by Canada Post, Royal Airmail, UPS or DHL depending on your location as well as stock availability.

Will my order have a tracking number?

All orders within North America (USA and Canada) are traceable. Orders outside of this region may or may not be traceable; if your order is traceable, you will receive a tracking number shortly after shipping has been confirmed.

Can I pay for faster delivery?

At this time, the only shipping options available are those shown on the site after you update your cart. However, if you need your order delivered by a specific date, please email or call us beforehand to ensure we meet your deadline.

My product was faulty when it arrived!
